Su-Jin Song works as a writer, director, producer for film, series and interactive media. In addition to her practical work, she is also a research and teaching associate in Game Studies at the Cologne Game Lab at TH Köln. Her research interests include game and film studies and interactive storytelling with a special focus on topics such as migration, identity, diversity and gender.
Joris Niggemeier works as a youth education advisor for the NRW Jusos in DĂĽsseldorf, where he is responsible for the sectors of political communication, digital education policy, critical media use and social media. Anti-racist work, political education and diversity issues play a central role in his work.
Julia Schwarz is a qualified sociologist and pedagogue who works in the fields of diversity & anti-discrimination, empowerment and counseling, both with adults and with children and adolescents. Her main areas of expertise are racism, gender, post-colonialism, critical whiteness, and the psychological conditions of education and pedagogy.
